Yearbooks are now on sale for $50.  The price will increase to $60 January 9, 2020.  The last day to order is March 13, 2020.

Senior pages need to be paid in full by January 17, 2020.

A representative from Herff Jones will be on campus December 2nd and 3rd to take cap & gown orders.  All checks and money orders need to be payable to Herff Jones.

The cost for Grad Bash is $100.  The date for the event is April 24, 2020.  Money is due to Mrs. Hurst no later than March 25, 2020.

There will be a car wash February 1, 2020.  The proceeds from the car wash will offset the cost of Grad Bash for the students who work the car wash.  The hours are from 8:00-12:00.

Prom is April 10, 2020.  Even though seniors do not have to purchase a prom ticket for themselves, they still need to let Mrs. Wright know that they intend to attend.  If you bring a date that is not a student at BHS, the individual will need to first be vetted by administration and the individual cannot be 21 or older.  A copy of their driver’s license is required for vetting.

Sign up with Mrs. Lynette Langford to complete your grad check.  This is very important and should completed before the end of the first semester.

Senior cap & gown pictures will be taken at BHS December 16, 2019.  This is the only date scheduled for cap & gown pictures at BHS.  If you intend to use a prop for your fun picture, it will need to be approved first by Mrs. Johnson.

Community service hours need to be pre-approved by Mrs. Lynette Langford or Mrs. Barry.  Remember that they MUST be on the community service form located in the front office and on the BHS website.

Seniors should frequently check the school website for updates on scholarship availability.

Seniors should start requesting letters of recommendation from their teachers, church leaders, community leaders, employers, etc.  These letters will be necessary for college, grant and scholarship applications.
