The Tri-M Music Honor Society is a group that is made up of music students who are enrolled in at least one year music course. This group is active in community service, extra music participation in the community, and the annual Gilchrist Got Talent, Talent show. Music students enrolled in band and/or chorus in Grades 8-12 are eligible to participate.  However, membership is based on invite only. Fees are $20. 

Tri- M Music Honor Society meets on club days and throughout the year as determined by Ms. Wingate. This group organizes the talent show, Gilchrist Got Talent, held in April every year.

The Tri-M Music Honor Society is an NAfME program that recognizes outstanding music students in secondary level school. Tri-M activities increase students' school and community involvement with music. Tri-M members are selected based on their academic and musical achievement as well as on their strength of character.
