Every five years, the district goes through a process to earn SACS accreditation by demonstrating implementation of an evidence-based set of standards that are indicative of a quality school district. This week, you may have seen our accreditation team visiting your schools. We invited this team of professionals to visit in order to identify ways in which we can continue to improve. Our goal is to constantly raise the bar in our efforts to prepare students for whatever tomorrow holds. Please be appreciative and welcoming to this team! Their efforts will help us to continue moving forward toward our vision. Also, a special thank you to the community members and parents that have taken time out of their day to participate in interviews that will give us valuable feedback.
