Remember that documenting community service hours is very important! This form must be completed and submitted to your guidance counselor as evidence of any volunteer hours. Community service hours are required for eligibility of certain scholarships. For example, the highest Bright Futures scholarship requires 100 community service hours. BETA club members are required to earn a minimum of 20 hours each year. The required form is available in our documents section and also below:
