Our Department

The Gilchrist County School District relies on data processors whose primary responsibility is accurately and completely entering information for every student receiving educational services at each school. Our department is dedicated to supporting staff by maintaining reliable systems and ensuring data accuracy.

Student Data Reporting

The MIS department is responsible for collecting and submitting student data from our Student Information System (Skyward) to the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) throughout the year.

Key reporting periods include:

Summer: Survey 1 (Summer School), Survey 4 (Summer School), Survey 5 (Year-End Summary)

Fall: Survey 6 (Initial Student Counts), Survey 2 (FTE), Survey 9 (Neglected/Delinquent, Title I)

Spring: Survey 3 (FTE)

Monthly: Survey R (Monthly SESIR & Discipline)
