Students will be coming home today with a blue Student Information Sheet. This sheet has the current information in Skyward for your student. On the back of this sheet are the directions to request updates to your information in your Skyward Family Access account. Please do not return this sheet to the school.
When you are updating your phone numbers you may see your cell phone number as the primary number and then the same number is repeated below it and labeled Cell. Please leave your number listed twice. This is used for the GCSD app and alerts. If you are changing your primary number and it is a cell phone, please list the same number again below it and label it Cell.
If you need a Skyward Family Access account to request updates to your information, please visit www.gilchristschools.org/skyward and submit the form. If you had an account in the past but you cannot access it, please submit the same form. We expect a high number of requests and appreciate your patience as we work through them.
Progress reports and report cards will only be shared through Skyward Family Access this school year. The progress report for Quarter 1 is now available for students in 1st through 12th grade. Kindergarten students will not receive a progress report for the first quarter.
You can access the progress report by selecting Portfolio in Skyward Family Access on a browser or Menu > Portfolio > Download on the mobile Skyward app. The progress report is labeled Progress Report Letter in the Portfolio section. Please see the image for screenshots of what you will see in Skyward.
