Due to an unavoidable water shut off in the City of Trenton, Monday, December 7th, will be an Early Release Day for TRENTON SCHOOLS ONLY.
The elementary after school program will be cancelled for the day, but all high school after school activities will continue as scheduled. State testing scheduled for THS will be pushed back by one day.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this will cause.
For Monday, December 7th dismissal will be at:
TES at 12:50pm
TES at 1:00
AGAIN, this is for Trenton schools only.
Please have students bring water to school both Monday and Tuesday, as water fountains will not be available for use.
Water will be shut off promptly at noon on Monday.
In addition, the City of Trenton will be issuing a “BOIL WATER NOTICE” for 24 hours after the problem is resolved, which means that Trenton Schools will NOT have drinking water on Tuesday, December 8th either. The administration will coordinate with all faculty/staff to put signs up at all water fountains and all sinks stating NOT TO DRINK THE WATER until the all clear is given from the City of Trenton.
