Sports Physicals
Palms Medical will be conducting FREE physicals at the Trenton High School gym on May 11 & 12th from 1:00-4:00pm. Physcials will be by appointment only (schedule with Coach Burton) and a completed eligibility packet will be required at the time of the physical. These packets can be found in the school's front office or see Coach Burton at the gym.
If you intend to participate in any sport throughout the year this eligibility packet MUST be turned in prior to tryouts.
