Attention track & field members: Track practice has been cancelled for today (Wednesday, 3/8). ALL track and field members will report to practice on Thursday, 3/9.

Aladdin Jr. will be performed by the Bell Drama Club in the BHS auditorium on 3/30 and 3/31 at 7:00 PM and on 4/1 at 1:00 PM. Tickets are $10 (5 & under are free). Students can see Mr. Dunn or Mrs. Cannon in the band room to purchase tickets.

Many of our 11th and 12th graders at BHS attended the Florida Department of Transportation Construction Career Days event in Jacksonville on 2/28. This program is designed to introduce school students to the wide range of career opportunities available to them in the construction industry in a hands-on environment. It was a great day!


Some of our Bell High School Criminal Justice students volunteered their time and services at the 3rd Annual Gathering in Gilchrist in February. Sheriff Schultz and the GCSO were very appreciative of their assistance!


In early February, the Bell High School Criminal Justice students competed at the North Florida Criminal Justice Alliance competition in Orlando. BHS, Newberry High School and St. Augustine High School were the three schools that competed with over 108 students in attendance. Congratulations to Mrs. Michelle Jones and our CJ students for their outstanding performance at competition!

February 15 is National School Resource Officer Appreciation Day! Our school resource officers serve as important bridges between youth, law enforcement, and the communities they serve. Our BHS students and staff are so appreciative of Deputy Kayla Gent and all that she does for us!


Some of our BHS Work-Based Learning Experiences (WBLE) students worked hard helping Trenton Floral with Valentine deliveries yesterday. Thank you Trenton Floral for your partnership with the WBLE program!


3rd 9 Weeks Progress Reports were sent home with students today.


Middle School Students/Parents~The BHS Yearbook staff will be hosting a MIDDLE SCHOOL Valentine's Day Dance Tuesday, February 14th, in the BHS Cafeteria from 3:30-5:30. Admission is $5 at the door and concessions will be available for purchase. All attendees will be dismissed at 5:30 to be picked up by their parent or guardian. Any student who wants to leave before 5:30 will need to be picked up at the cafeteria door by their parent or guardian.
